Operations Manager – Commercial Manufacturing
Position Description We are looking for a talented Operations Manager who will deliver high levels of service across our Operations division including Production, Planning & Sourcing, Warehouse & Logistics.
Responsibilities
Production
- Manage on time delivery for all customer orders.
- Monitor the production cycle times to ensure they are in line with the production schedule.
- Monitor and track the productivity and recovery levels based on output.
- Seek improvements in efficiency and utilisation by assessing production flow, processes and manpower.
- Execute solutions to improve the production delays, downtime, and quality issues.
- Develop and grow the production team(s) in accordance with business expansion requirements.
