Job Description
An intimate, luxury safari lodge set within a private conservancy in Kenya's Laikipia region is seeking an experienced OPERATIONS MANAGER to join their leadership team.
This is a hands-on, guest-facing role for someone who thrives on variety, from supervising multiple departments to stepping into relief management duties when needed. You'll work closely with the Lodge Manager and department heads to keep a small, high-end operation running at its best.
