What does an Operations Manager do?
- Devise effective plans for Teammates and Team Leaders to reach targets.
- Identify strengths and weaknesses of team members and guide/develop accordingly.
- Assign tasks that capitalize on strengths while addressing weaknesses.
- Earn trust and respect through regular one‑on‑one sessions and short, respectful check‑ins.
- Add, improve or eliminate daily processes and practices to bolster the above responsibilities.
