Salary: £40,000-£45,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
Stafforce is working in partnership with a well-established, growing business in the South East, looking to appoint a strong Operations Manager to lead their site in Hailsham.
This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing both warehouse and driver teams , with a strong focus on health & safety, operational control, and team performance .
