Reporting to the Site Manager, you will support the day‑to‑day running of site operations, overseeing the processing of plastic, cans and glass. Working closely with the Safety, Engineering, Logistics and Quality teams, you will help manage operational performance, compliance and staff development across a 24/7 operation.
You will assist in ensuring the site operates safely, efficiently and in full compliance with all relevant health and safety, environmental and permit requirements. The role also involves supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity and profitability while maintaining high standards of performance and service delivery.
