Your Day to Day
The Operations Manager runs the day-to-day operations, scheduling, facilities, and team culture of the clinic. You'll partner closely with the Clinical Director, BCBA Supervisors, and the Regional Operations Director to keep the clinic running smoothly so clinicians can focus on learner outcomes.
Leadership and Team Culture
- Provide consistent leadership through training, coaching, and feedback to cultivate trust, positivity, and accountability.
- Foster a healthy, collaborative, politics-free workplace that promotes engagement and teamwork.
- Build and maintain a high-performing, mission-driven team focused on learner progress.
- Partner with the Clinical Director and BCBA Supervisors to support employee performance and development.
- Support hiring, onboarding, retention, and offboarding of clinic staff in partnership with HR and the Regional Operations Director.
