Lead agricultural operations with Crop Management Network as an Operations Manager across central Alberta's southern territory. Drive safety, compliance, and team development at multiple retail locations.
As Crop Management Network’s Operations Manager, you will oversee operations at four key locations: Edberg, Kelsey, Daysland, and Castor. This role requires a strong leader with expertise in operational excellence, safety compliance, and people management. You’ll collaborate with Ops Leads, manage inventory accuracy, and ensure each site meets established standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and coach Ops Leads for daily site management
• Maintain safety and compliance with regulatory standards
