Key Tasks:
Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing operations team
Drive efficiency across warehouse, inventory and distribution functions
Champion continuous improvement initiatives and system enhancements
Manage inbound and outbound logistics operations
Oversee facilities, site security and operational assets
Manage budgets, control costs and identify efficiency savings
