About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and execution-focused Operations Manager to lead and coordinate operations across the full business portfolio, including SupportRoom and VAI.
This role is responsible for ensuring smooth, consistent, and efficient day-to-day operations across all business units while directly managing a small team.
You will own execution across recruitment operations, onboarding, contracts, systems access, subscriptions, sales operations, finance administration, task management, materials delivery, and cross-functional alignment.
You will act as the central operational hub of the business, working closely with Leadership, Sales, Marketing, Product, Technology, Customer Success, and Finance teams to ensure priorities are executed efficiently and operational excellence is maintained across the group.
