Job Description
Shape community services as Operations Manager at National Diabetes Trust. This position focuses on maximizing operational efficiency and team performance in clothing and household good collection.
Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be instrumental in managing remote teams and ensuring success in the Declutter® Program. With a degree in Business Administration and several years in operational leadership, you will oversee inventory reporting, staff management, and local partnerships that drive fundraising activities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct and coach staff, promoting teamwork in remote areas
• Manage inventory levels and ensure proper documentation
