Job Overview
Temporary Operations Manager, Common Registry Services (CRS) at Information Services Corporation (ISC).
Location: Regina, Saskatchewan.
Employment type: Temporary Full‑Time for up to three (3) years.
Responsibilities
- Lead day‑to‑day operations of the CRS team, ensuring delivery of service levels related to quality, timeliness, and customer experience.
- Support the successful implementation and ongoing operation of new services (e.g., IAM) and the transition of work within existing business units as required.
- Identify and lead process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and service delivery.
