Key Responsibilities Shopping Centre Operations Manage the daily operations of two retail shopping centres Ensure exceptional presentation and operational standards Conduct regular property inspections Drive operational efficiency across both centres Ensure an outstanding shopping experience Tenant Relations & Leasing Support Build and maintain strong tenant relationships Respond to tenant operational queries Support leasing activities and tenant onboarding Coordinate shop fit-outs and handovers Assist with lease compliance and tenant retention Contractor & Service Provider Management Manage contractors and service providers Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) Supervise maintenance contractors Ensure quality service delivery Verify contractor performance and completed work Soft Services Management Oversee cleaning services Manage security providers Coordinate waste management Supervise hygiene and pest control services Ensure landscaping and common areas remain in excellent conditi...
