We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our client’s international BPO structures in Warsaw. This is a unique opportunity to become a key player in a growing organization, shape processes, and collaborate with partners in Poland, France, and Belgium.

If you have strong leadership skills, are fluent in French, and want to manage operations in a global environment – this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Representing the operational area as the main point of contact for the Joint Venture headquarters
