Job Description
Lead the Registrar’s office at Carleton University as the Operations Manager. This role involves overseeing daily operations, managing HR, financial activities, and special projects.
Reporting to the Associate Provost & University Registrar, you'll handle administrative management and ensure seamless collaboration between departments. You'll provide operational support and troubleshoot issues, alongside event coordination and process improvements. Your leadership will drive effective service delivery and office communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee everyday operations within the Registrar’s office
• Manage HR functions, budget, and financial activities
