Job Description
Lead the operations team at Advanced Pump Repair (APR) in Cambridge, Ontario, overseeing shop and field service activities. Drive efficiency in pump repair and mechanical operations.
As the Operations Manager, you will be integral in coordinating personnel and optimizing workflows within a robust mechanical environment. Your responsibilities will include directing daily shop activities, analyzing labor usage, and ensuring safety standards. You will also work closely with estimators and inspectors to ensure on-time job execution and maintain high-quality service.
