Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to serve as the right hand (2IC) to our DC Manager. You won’t just be managing a warehouse; you will be the heartbeat of our delivery promise, overseeing high‑velocity E‑commerce fulfilment and orchestrating our last‑mile courier network .
Key Responsibilities
- Warehouse Excellence: Lead daily operations, from inbound receiving to outbound execution, ensuring all SAP standards and SLAs are met.
- E‑commerce & Fine Picking: Own the unboxing experience by optimizing fine‑picking zones, managing wave picking for express orders, and maintaining 99.9% picking accuracy.
- Courier & Last‑Mile Strategy: Manage external courier partnerships and our internal Skooch fleet. You will be responsible for fleet utilization, route optimization, and cost control.
