• Support store/department managers in planning and executing business strategies
• Supervise and coordinate team members to meet performance targets
• Analyze sales, customer service, and operational data to improve performance
• Participate in training programs to develop leadership and management skills
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service improvements
• Assist in inventory management, reporting, and system monitoring
