As Operations Lead - Debt Collection Finland , you will play a key role in ensuring strong customer service and delivery in line with Riverty’s business strategy by optimizing quality and processes.
You will work in close cooperation with the Operations Lead Sweden/Finland to secure the optimal running of our day‑to‑day debt collection business, while representing the function in our operational management team and cross‑country initiatives.
