EasyCommerce are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our growing team and help oversee daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in encoding and processing product returns accurately and timely.
- Support the monitoring and tracking of disputed orders to ensure proper resolution.
- Check and monitor updated costs in the inventory file (Google Docs/Sheets) to maintain data accuracy.
- Encode and record daily retail account orders in the system.
- Maintain organized records of operational data and reports.
- Coordinate with the operations team regarding discrepancies and updates.
- Perform other related administrative and operational tasks as assigned.
