About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Operations Head – India to lead end-to-end delivery, profitability, and operational scalability for our Digital Delivery Consulting Business.
This is a strategic leadership role with full accountability for operational performance, margin management, client satisfaction, and team development. The ideal candidate combines strong delivery governance with business acumen and has experience scaling multi-project technical teams in a fast-growing environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operational & Delivery Leadership
- Lead end-to-end execution and delivery of multiple BIM and digital implementation projects, ensuring quality, timelines, client satisfaction, and SLA adherence.
