Job Description
Job Scope:
- Coordinate daily operational activities and workflow planning.
- Liaise with purchasers, customers and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with inventory management, stock control and replenishment.
- Support order processing, fulfilment and logistics coordination.
- Prepare operational reports and maintain records.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives and operational projects.
- Handle administrative duties related to operations.
Qualifications/ Experience Required:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Relevant experience in operations, administration, logistics or inventory management preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
