Job Description
Report to Operations Manager to oversee the Security & Building Services (SBS) operations. The incumbent is responsible for the overall management of our Grade A office building, ensuring high service quality and facilities for our tenants.
Responsibilities
Administer all contractual obligations and timely renewal of maintenance contracts. Assist to prepare budgets for OPEX/CAPEX works. Assist to draft approval papers for OPEX/CAPEX requests. Carry out duties of a Site Incident Controller during emergencies. Communicate effectively within the team and with internal & external stakeholders to achieve their assigned KPIs. Conduct building inspections, coordinate preventive maintenance for all facilities-related works. Conduct tender exercises for OPEX/CAPEX works such as replacement, upgrading or redevelopment works and manage such works according to timelines.
