Experience: 4–8 years in Facility Management / Manpower Operations
Role Summary
We are hiring a proactive and structured Operations Executive to manage end-to-end operational control across 8 to 15 client sites within an assigned cluster. This is a field-active, accountability-first role responsible for daily manpower deployment verification, attendance accuracy, issue resolution, client communication, payroll input validation, site audits, and MIS reporting. The ideal candidate is not a data-entry person – they are an analytical operations controller who verifies field data, drives closures, manages clients, and ensures that every site is running at full contracted strength with zero service gaps .
