Key Responsibilities
Client Onboarding Support
- Coordinate with Sales and Account Management teams to onboard new clients efficiently.
- Manage onboarding documentation, approvals, and initial account setup processes.
- Guide clients through the onboarding journey to ensure timely activation of services.
Operational Support
- Handle routine operational tasks including data entry, documentation, and customer account updates.
