Position : Operations Executive (Freight)
Location : BUKIT BATOK CRESCENT
Working hours : 5 work days; Mon-Fri 9am- 6pm
Salary : Up to 4200
Duration : Permanent
Industry : FREIGHT TRANSPORT ARRANGEMENT
Main Responsibilities- Coordinate end-to-end import and export shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Liaise with customers, vendors, carriers, shippers and overseas agents.
- Manage shipment documentation, billing records and archive filing.
- Ensure shipment arrangements comply with international shipping requirements.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through timely communication.
- Work with international agents to support cross-border shipment arrangements.
- Resolve shipment issues and operational enquiries promptly.
- Maintain accurate logistics data entry and shipment records.
