Job Description
Key Areas
- Freight Forwarding Industry
- Air / Ocean Freight Operation
- Shipping Documentation
- Support daily operations for air and ocean freight shipments (import & export)
- Prepare and process shipping documents (e.g., HAWB, MAWB, Bill of Lading, manifests, pre-alerts)
- Assist with customs declarations and TradeNet submissions
- Perform system data entry and maintain accurate shipment records
- Coordinate with stakeholders such as airlines, shipping lines, forwarders, and customers
- Monitor shipment status and follow up on schedules and bookings
- Assist in handling enquiries, issues, and basic dispute resolution
- Perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics
- Exposure to Air and Sea Freight operation
