Responsibilities

• First line support during HoV build.
• Provide engineering assessment on issues stopping production during run of new product or program.
• Review and validate design manufacturability during design release and after BOM release to correct any escape that will impact manufacturing process continuity.
• Determine root causes of failures using statistical methods and recommend changes in designs, tolerances, or processing methods.
• Work to achieve day‑to‑day objectives with moderate impact on work area.
• Work autonomously with limited supervision on higher, moderately complex projects or assignments.
• Communicate effectively within and outside of own team to explain facts, policies and practices related to work area.
• Influence decision makers with recommended courses of action.
• Analyze issues ranging from work areas, using discretion and judgment, drawing from prior experiences.
