Job Description
**Description:**
You will be the Operations Engineer Sr Staff for the Engineering Manufacturing and Development (EMD) team. Our team is responsible for supporting production site transitions to full‑rate production, including proposals, analysis, facility layouts, span‑time reduction, and ramp‑up activities.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Operations Engineer Sr Staff you will be responsible for technical guidance, project ownership, and ensuring EMD projects meet cost, schedule, and quality targets while leading a cross‑functional team.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Lead cross‑functional meetings and identify opportunities for cost and product improvements.
+ Develop and manage program schedule, manpower planning, and hardware support.
+ Execute capital projects and long‑range planning initiatives.
+ Manage cost accounts and apply earned‑value management techniques.
+ Process procurement demand through SAP and author program...
