Act as thefirst responderfor production incidents and exceptions, ensuringquick triage and resolutionof critical issues.
Collaborate withdevelopment, QA, and architecture teamsto improveobservability, logging, and alertingacross the application stack.
Handledeployment and configurationof the ACB solution in production environments.
Monitor thefunctionality and performanceof the ACB solution and ensure uptime and reliability.
Create and maintainoperational playbooksand SOPs for recurring tasks and incident handling.
Participate inAgile ceremonies,including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and DevOps activities.
