Operations Early Talent Leadership Development Program

The Eaton Operations Early Talent Leadership Development Program is a three-year rotational program that involves three unique, twelve-month assignments across different business and two different countries in the EMEA region to prepare you for future leadership roles.

Both assignments will be within operations management which means it will be a role within manufacturing or within supply chain teams, and one assignment is in a commercial, helping you to gain experience in the sales organization.

Potential Operations Assignments include:

• lean/continuous improvement
• quality
• project management
• supply chain management
• project management
• logistics etc.

Our main base locations for these roles will be Hungary, UK, Poland, Morocco, Turkey, Finland, Romania.
