  • Full responsibility for the company's operational activities across the development life cycle
  • Oversight of residential projects from planning and permitting through construction and delivery, including sales
  • Play a key role within land acquisition process.
  • Leadership and coordination of internal teams (development, construction, commercial)
  • Optimisation of operational processes, cost structures and project timelines
  • Ongoing cooperation with general contractors, designers, consultants and public authorities
  • Budget control and operational reporting to the Country Manager and HQ
  • Identification and mitigation of operational and execution risks
  • Active contribution to shaping and executing the company's growth strategy
  • Manage and develop competence of internal teams.
