Job Description

The Role
You will be responsible for delivering on day-to-day objectives and is a functional resource for external and/or internal stakeholders. In this role you will support and contribute to the positive business results for Vessel Operations. Responsible for EUA Vessel Operations cost control and administrative functions.

Primary Job Responsibilities and Measurement:

  • Assist to maintain, monitor and update tariffs in PSO (Port Service Order) in OPUS.
  • Invoice/tariff queries resolution related to PSO. Daily communication with Vessels, Local OPS, Terminals and other marine vendors.
  • Review costs on a regular basis to ensure it is allocated to the correct parties.
  • Produce regular reports related to PSO and SDR/CDR.
  • Produce operational Looker reports.
  • Maintain Vessel Operations files ensuring they are kept accurate and up to date at all times, including managing files and organising archiving of files regularly.
