YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure high-quality service and a smooth operational experience by consistently monitoring our service standards to keep customer satisfaction as a top priority.
- Communicate effectively with our third‑party logistics partners and multilingual drivers across various channels, acting quickly while maintaining a clear overview.
- Act as a key point of contact for operational supply chain processes, driving efficient organization, oversight, and proactive issue resolution.
