Key Responsibilities

• :Manage morning sick leave notifications and roster adjustments so staffing changes are handled quickly and accurately
• .Answer incoming phone calls and client enquiries with clear, friendly communication
• .Monitor and respond to emails and text messages from clients, ensuring timely and professional replies
• .Maintain and update Airtable workflows, including onboarding and offboarding clients and team members
• .Audit daily cleanup checklists to ensure work is completed and standards are met
• .Follow documented processes and SOPs to maintain consistency across operations
• .Escalate issues or irregularities when needed and take initiative to resolve simple problems independently
