Operations Coordinator (Marine Service)

Plan and schedule service engineers for onboard and workshop jobs

Track job progress, attendance, and completion status

Liaise with customers, superintendents, and internal teams on job updates

Prepare job folders, service checklists, and required documentation

Monitor service reports submission and filing

Coordinate spare parts preparation for service jobs

Work with warehouse to ensure parts availability and timely delivery

Track parts usage and update job records

Arrange logistics for tools, equipment, and urgent shipments

Coordinate workshop job queue and priorities
