About the Role
Team Global Express is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Operations Coordinator/On-Site Representative (OSR) to join our team in Berrinba, Logan, QLD.
This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position with early starts from 4:00am, making it ideal for someone who enjoys getting their day underway early and thrives in a fast-paced operational environment.
As the key link between our customer, delivery partners, and internal operations teams, you will be responsible for coordinating daily fleet activities, ensuring deliveries are allocated effectively, maintaining service standards, and supporting strong customer relationships.
Working on-site, you will oversee the day-to-day performance of drivers, manage operational issues as they arise, and ensure compliance with customer requirements, safety standards, and company procedures.
