Key Responsibilities
- Review and respond to emails received outside of office hours at the start of each day.
- Prepare and organize trip documentation for external carriers and internal vehicles.
- Monitor inbound shipments from previous coastal routes and coordinate onward deliveries.
- Schedule and confirm pickup bookings with carriers, ensuring all deadlines (12:00 cutoff) are met.
