Who weโ€™re looking for?

  • Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent (preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience in administration or operations support.
  • Knowledge of Australian standards and centre operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service focus.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to change.
  • Comfortable with occasional physical demands of an onsite role.
