Position Summary

The OperationsControls Supervisor supports the Administrative Manager in coordinating work orders, employee scheduling, timesheet administration, and operational reporting. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate records, reviewing labor and bank-hour transactions, identifying discrepancies or unusual reporting patterns, and supporting the overall efficiency and integrity of Field Controls operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain work orders, employee assignments, schedules, and related records using company-approved systems and software platforms.
• Support the Administrative Manager in assigning work orders and scheduling field personnel to ensure operational requirements are met.
• Monitor and maintain accurate work order information, including updates, status changes, and completion records.
