:Ensure smooth coordination with other Finance teams within the CFO and outside the CFO organization
Act as a counselor for finance matters & help prioritize and setup BUs needs
Consolidate and provide analysis on product costing across refineries Ensure efficient refinery-level financial planning, budgeting and forecasting
Review and analyze financial and operation performance of refineries regularly and ensure regular discussions take place
Conduct variance analysis and identify improvement steps for refineries
Review major investments, major disposal or strategic business decisions (Capex feasibility studies) from Finance perspective
Provide recommendation & initiatives to improve cost efficiencies, productivity and controls for refineries Ensure appropriate controls implemented during procurement process (e.g. proper QCF, effective price comparisons) and...
