Job Description
Shift Schedule
9pm to 6am (1 hr unpaid break)
Rate
Php30,000/monthly
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor timekeeping and attendance
- Manage Skype, calendar, and email communications
- Process NHE, PAN, CAN, Exit Endorsements, and Jira requests
- Review and maintain campaign trackers and performance dashboards
- Monitor dialers, system access, and subscription renewals
- Conduct endβofβday (EOD) monitoring for representatives
- Prepare daily productivity, performance, and issue reports
- Perform appointment quality checks (QC)
- Screen candidates and create recruitment requests/orders
- Assist with client kickoffs, training, and onboarding preparations
- Support performance evaluations, KPI analysis, coaching, and PIP implementation
- Track invoice payments and billing status
- Generate reports as required by management
