Do you speak multiple languages, have a knack for logistics, and always keep track of everything? Join FELFEL’s dispatcher team as an Operations Assistant (hourly contract, 50-60%) in either Zurich Wiedikon or Lausanne Flon and help us elevate our operational excellence!
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure high-quality service and a smooth operational experience by consistently monitoring our service standards to keep customer satisfaction as a top priority.
- Communicate effectively with our third-party logistics partners and multilingual drivers across various channels, acting quickly while maintaining a clear overview.
- Act as a key point of contact for operational supply chain processes, driving efficient organization, oversight, and proactive issue resolution.
- Coordinate closely with our customer service and hardware teams to resolve any challenges quickly and efficiently.
