The Operations and Supply Chain Coordinatoris responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain operations for the brand. This role ensures products are sourced, produced, stored, and delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and on time while maintaining quality standards. The position works cross-functionally with production, logistics, finance, and sales to support business growth and operational excellence.

• Own and manage the full supply chain process, from sourcing and production through warehousing and distribution
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, co-packers, and logistics partners
• Plan and forecast inventory to meet demand while minimizing excess stock and out-of-stocks
• Monitor production timelines and ensure on-time delivery of finished goods
