Responsibilities
- Answering research questions regarding project prioritisation, resource allocation, and portfolio governance
- Reviewing scenarios related to programme governance cycles, capacity reviews, and budget forecasting
- Participating in structured surveys or interviews to inform research into planning practices
- Providing feedback on tools, workflows, and processes related to planning and portfolio management platforms
- Contributing expertise to help research teams understand how Operations and PMO functions evaluate governance frameworks
