Responsibilities
- Answer research questions regarding project prioritization, resource allocation, and portfolio governance
- Perform scenario reviews for planning and PMO workflows, such as capacity reviews and budget forecasting
- Participate in structured surveys and interviews to inform research into planning practices
- Provide product and process feedback on planning and portfolio management platforms
- Contribute subject matter expertise to help research teams understand governance frameworks
