The Operations and Performance Manager is responsible for the safe, proper and efficient operation of the plant in accordance with Company policies and standards, under the direction of the Plant Manager. The job holder is also responsible for optimising the disposal of waste, generation of electricity and recovery of recyclates, ensuring operational activities meet and integrate with organisational requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental licenses and general duty of care.
