Upgrade Energy Philippines (UGEP) , a leading renewable energy company in the Philippines focused on delivering high-quality and cost-competitive solar energy and energy efficiency projects, is looking for a field-based and reliable O&M Engineer to support operations and maintenance activities at our solar project sites.
The O&M Engineer will be responsible for performing regular maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols to maintain the optimal performance of solar energy systems. The role involves close coordination with the operations team and project managers and requires a proactive, solutions-driven approach to on-site engineering and fieldwork.
