Job Description
The Manager of Operations & Analytics role requires excellent analytical skills, operational skills, and a great people leader. Most importantly, this position is about empowering and developing our team members to deliver our expected KPIs. The goal is to safeguard and augment the efficiency of the company’s operations and financial metrics to facilitate accelerating development and long-term success.
For the first 12 months , you will lead our Operations team while providing maternity leave coverage, overseeing day-to-day operations, team performance, and operational excellence.
Following the maternity leave, the role will transition into a dedicated Analytics position, where you will focus on business reporting, data analysis, performance metrics, and strategic insights to support business growth and decision-making.
