Description
The person will be responsible for day-to-day review of voice logs between Client Relationship Managers (RC) and clients where trade details are discussed and agreed. He/she needs to ensure that all key trade-related details are clearly discussed, accurately captured, and documented in the applicable product-specific template. The role requires strong attention to detail, adherence to defined review standards, timely completion of assigned production duties, and appropriate escalation of exceptions, missing information, or first-level queries within the pre-specified timelines.
