The Operations Analyst is responsible for monitoring back-end services and supporting routine operational activities, including system monitoring and batch job processing. The role ensures alerts are acted upon, incidents are properly logged, and issues are escalated promptly to maintain service availability and operational stability.
This position focuses on operational monitoring, incident coordination, escalation management, and adherence to established procedures to ensure the smooth operation of critical systems and services.
